From the adult and mature pork loin, flavored and aged for 30 days, we obtain the Sardinian mustela with a sweet and slightly peppery taste.It is a typical product of Sardinia and comes in a size of about 3,500 kg or in packaged slices. Mainly used in appetizers, it is particularly appreciated by those who love leaner cuts due to its almost total absence of fat.
