Sa Cannàcca fine sausage
Sausage or salcìccia is pork meat, shredded, salted, flavored and stuffed into small diameter casings which are tied and divided to form a series of small drums.
Produced in well-packed bunches weighing from 250 to 400 grams, with a caliber from 24 to 26 millimeters, made only and exclusively with controlled and degreased pulp. The right balance of aromas make it a unique product for taste and thinness. The term is Phoenician and also derives from the Hebrew ghanàc or guttur which means neck hence the name necklace and later sausage necklace due to its specific very similar shape.
