Salami is a sausage made from lean pork that has been shredded, salted and also seasoned with peppercorns, with the addition of fat: it is usually eaten raw and sliced, after suitable seasoning.
Seasoned salami weighing between 500 and 1200 grams, with a caliber suitable for both sale by the piece and for that by the slice, with a sweet taste, it is very lean and coarse-grained.
