Salsiccia fine "Sa cannacca"

The sausage or salcìccia is pork meat, minced, salted, flavored and stuffed into small-diameter casings which are tied and divided to form a series of small drums.
Made only and exclusively with controlled and degreased pulp. The right balance of aromas make it a unique product in terms of taste and leanness. The term is Phoenician and also derives from the Hebrew ghanàc or guttur which means neck hence the name necklace and later sausage necklace due to its very similar specific shape.
