    From the loin of adult and mature pork, flavored and aged for 30 days, the Sardinian mustela is obtained with a sweet and slightly peppery taste. It is a typical product of Sardinia and comes in a size of about 3,500 kg or in packaged slices. Mainly used in appetizers, it is particularly appreciated by those who love leaner cuts due to its almost total absence of fat.
