Campidanese Sardinian Sausage
Sausage or salcìccia is pork meat, shredded, salted, flavored and stuffed into small diameter casings which are tied and divided to form a series of small drums.
Traditionally shaped sausage, about 400 grams in size, with a caliber from 40 to 43 millimeters and with a low percentage of fat, faithfully reproduces the ancient Campidanese recipe, preserving the typical taste of local gastronomy
