Returns Policy
Our refund and return policy complies with the Consumer Code and gives the customer the opportunity to request a return or refund within the time limits established by law.
You have 14 working days, starting from the date on which the purchases were delivered to you, to send a return communication to susartizzu.com@gmail.com who will return the goods to:

We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours of sending your email.
Return conditions:
The products must be returned intact, correctly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect condition.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal by respecting all the conditions and in any case within 14 days of receiving the goods, Su Sartizzu undertakes to refund the price of the product, excluding only any shipping or cash on delivery costs.
If the customer returns the product in a manner that does not comply with these General Conditions of Sale, as specified in this article, the withdrawal request will not be effective.
Goods exchange:
You can ask to exchange non-compliant goods as long as they are the same item.
To obtain an exchange of goods you must send an email within 14 working days from the day of receipt of your purchases to the address susartizzu.com@gmail.com referring to the
order number, the product and the reasons for the replacement.
Once the request has been received, the Customer Service Office will send you a written confirmation.
The transport costs for returning the product and any import duties, if the goods are returned from an EU or non-EU country, are borne by the customer.
We reserve the right, before authorizing returns or exchanges, to request photographic evidence if you have indicated a defect in the goods.
In the case of a truly non-compliant item, Su Sartizzu will cover all necessary return and exchange costs.
